It's the Avengers team fighting all the villains from their movies.

Villains:

Iron Monger
Whiplash
Killian
Loki
Malekith (w/o aether)
Kurse
Abomination
Red Skull


Avengers:

Ironman
Thor
Captain America
Hulk
Hawkeye
Black Widow
War Machine
Nick Fury
Coulson
Maria Hill



The villains are attacking New York and the heroes need to stop them. The heroes need to stop them before the villains get to kill 1000 people. If the death toll reaches 1000 then the government nukes the city.

Can the heroes defeat the villains without getting 1000 people killed? If the villains have too much of an advantage then Nick Fury gets control over the local police force and can utilize them as he sees fit.

All characters are equipped with their usual weapons.

Teams are pretty easily matched for a fight, which tells me that it is going to be very hard for the good guys to stop enough collateral damage, let alone win a majority. Bad guys destroy way way too much. Easily.

The heroes cant stop the villains at all.... Villains win.

Does any of the villain have the durability to take a levathian stopping hit that the Hulk did?

If it's too much for the Avengers then they also get the Hellicarrier and every SHIELD agent and asset in it.

Villains.

The Shield agents are cannon fodder. Thor already proved he couldn't handle Malekith or Kurse(which to me was PIS) then Iron Man struggled against all his villains(granted; different armors, circumstances, etc.) so he'll be overwhelmed.

War Machine is cool but Loki is definitely more powerful. Rhodes is nowhere near intelligent enough nor is his armor impressive enough to pose a threat to Loki.

Then there's Hulk who is insanely strong but Id wager Blondky can hold out longer than it will take Malekith/Kurse to beat Thor.

As far as killing 1,000 people that'd probably be easy. Just bringing down one skyscraper should take care of that. While the heroes are busy trying to hold buildings up from coming down 9/11 style the villains are just trying to create havoc ala Man of Steel.

Abom got beat by imo a weaker Hulk incarnation then the Avengers War Machine although not I.Q smart but smart in combat and he has speed and range weapons. Hulk & Thor vs Kurse & Malekith Iron Man beats Iron Monger then its Captain America, Black Widow, Hill, Coulson, Fury, & Hawkeye vs Whiplash, Killian

Several of these guys could take out one apt building killing way more then 1000 easy. No prob. villains can win this easy....if bfr/pis/cis is off.

Comic movie villains usally gets defeated by pis so yeah they win

yes...it happened with the Thor: Dark World comic tie-in which is set before and during the Avengers movie.
