Assuming he just took a fresh huff of k-nite before the battle, Ultraman should win.

It would be interesting. Majestics should be the better fighter and he also fights to kill. Leaning toward Majestic.

Yeah but Ultraman had one fight and BA two, while Majestic proved himself.
