Moondragon. Movie aside Hammond is a annoyance at best.

Not true at all. With just a signal booster which only broadened his range, not power he mindwiped the whole earth of JLA's existence once.

And yet he couldn't even TP detect that Hal had given his ring a pre command not to work. a really powerful TPer would never have fallen for a fraction of the plot devices that Hal has used to defeat Hammond. the guy's a schmuck

Moondragon at one point was unable to influence Iron man because he was outside the building she was in. Everybody has low showing. Hal has insane TP resisting feats, its his shtick. Forgot to add he mindwiped J'onn too which is an insane showing.
