With sufficient prep, Strange could easily solo.

Team one wins.

Darksied is a master of prep. He can probably solo seriously. Team two with ease.

Team two wins this. Darkseid is a master of prep (especially when it's long term prep time) and Kryptonian technology combined with Zod's militaristic mind is not to be underestimated.

With 2 years prep team 1 hops inside the Destroyer. Now you got a spell castin, smashin, disentegration beam blastin, Mjolnir wieldin destroyer. Plus whatever spells Strange has ready. Darksied possibly lives through the first onslaught. Then bfrs himself.

Zod also loans his technology to Darkseid and even equips DD with a suit of Kryptonian armor, then Zod sundips for two years. Team two could also beatdown Superman and take his miracle machine.

And then Darkseid casts the souls of them outside Destroyer like he did to steel in Aegis Entropy.
