Class 90 base, but can amp his strength via pain or rage going high level class 100.

I know Frankenstein can go toe to toe with Solomon Grundy, so he's very strong himself.

That was pre-Flashpoint Frank, but yeah. Post-Flashpoint he's come off as decisively stronger-- Superman-class for sure.
