Can she defeat the Prince of Power?

Kitty can phase anything that she touches right? If this is true, what stops her from just phasing Herc into the ground?

The only thing being fazed here is Kitty when she lays her eyes on the Prince Of Powers mug.

She throws herself at him as he catches her in one arm and a cask of ale in the other Greek God Steve Austin style and carries her off into the sunset to make whoopee.
