Doesn't Cable have planet-wide TP, at his "God" levels?

I think he should be able to stymied if not overpower BB's scream.

Physically, "God" Cable didn't impress me.

If I remember correctly, Surfer bitchslapped him, before he took out his powers.

Yeah but Surfer would pretty much destroy BlackBolt too.

I thought Cable was fighting his virus and holding up some space station or something, whilst fighting Surfer.

Been a long while since I read that though. And I wasn't really ever taken with Cable.

He didn't have the TO virus, which enabled him to hold up the whole of Providence. He was also rebuilding the city as they fought, and trying to talk the Surfer down.

At one point (maybe not during the fight, memory's hazy) he was also taking on the suffering of every AIDS sufferer in the world for one hour.

Oh god some of those feats sound so bad...

If I'm not mistaken (and I probably am) this was Cable doing a retread of Surfer's old plan of uniting the world by giving them someone to fight.

Btw, that's "bad" as in terrible, awful, cheesy, rubbish.

Cable either mindrapes him, or he gets screamed out of existence.

even without tp, cable's tk was massive--powerful enough to shatter norrin's board--WHILE doing several other high-powered feats at the same time. his tk is certainly powerful enough for him to use it to win this battle. if this is a focused cable, i'd say it would be very interesting to see whether he could form a tk shield strong enough to shield him from a scream.

He was exhausted by that point in time and suffering from seizures from his power burning him out. I can only imagine how it would have went down if Surfer had fought him while he was fresh and actually trying to take surfer out rather than trying to talk him down.
