We are going to see which verse has the better all time characters. We are using composite characters meaning you can use any feat from any verse but no PIS. The team who provides the best feats and reasons on why their character wins. I know a lot of good debaters and comic fans and they will take a vote on who did better. So the ultimate battle has begun so how bout it who is the king of the bow.

I like both characters so it's hard to pick but in the end I think green arrow could pull off a victory.
