Who wins and why?

Saradomin's powers of manifestation, teleportation, and beam spam might seem to edge things in his favor, but which version of Sauron? First-Age Sauron is a being of immense magic and shapechanger. Second-Age Sauron is somewhat the same, just less open, and Third-Age Sauron is a mere shadow of his former self.
