So lets say Brucie gets killed by Bane and he takes all of Wayne's stuff gadgets ,tech ,vehicles.

He gets 1 year of prep to get used to Wayne's stuff.

He gets another year to take over Gotham.
Lets say he has to take out heroes and villains as well.

Can he doit?

I think he can do it. The only reason 95% of Bruce's rouges gallery exists is because he refuses to kill them, which Bane will obviously have no problem doing.
