Both both both both! I have both extended and theatrical of FOTR coz there's stuff on the xtra dvd in the theatrical that you don't see in the extended.

probably only the theatrical...but uh I htink it may come down to which I find first...

July-August, or so I've heard.

I would like to think I would have the patience to wait for the kick ass extended version, but I'll get real and admit I'll get the first version I can get my greedy litty hands on.

nah, just as well rent it; you can watch through the extra material on the theatrical on one night.

Not if your a lazy ass and don't feel like returning the film.

I'm going to buy both...only because I know that I can't wait. If i resorted to renting it, I'd spend just as much $ at blockbuster as I would if I just went ahead and bought the TR....

for fellowship i bought the theatrical and didn't know about the extended. i ended up buying the extended later, so ill probably by both this time too.
