Batman uses anything and everything to his disposal to defeat Superman, he has futuristic technology as well, and Kryptonite as a back-up, and TONS of prep time.

Superman Prime One Million is just... Well Normal Superman Prime One Million, no prep time.

If there is any way that Batman could beat Superman Prime One Million, I'd like to know about it.
