Yes, being in a team certainly gives you the feats of those characters.

Ray's shrinking tech is haxx. He could just shrink Tony to the point he falls off the edges of reality and BFRs him.

Tony has shown that he both has and knows how to use Pym particles.

Ray has better shrinking tech than Pym in both versatility and power.

Pym was able to shift himself and Creel into the realm of the Abstracts

Whilst he was doing this Creel was sitting himself just being near the Abstracts whilst pym was ail calm as shit

When ray took over the life of the late ray Palmer of E-51 ( wasn't jean still alive and that earths Ray was about to go on his first date with her) in 52 the event he prevented was the destruction of the multiverse as I recall, not just a/the universe.
