'barren wasteland' is always the first thing in mind, good good.

Film has been brain bleached so info is sketchy. Seeing how every (notable) person on LAs side has bending skills, that 'could' help make a dent in the others side.

Barren indicates theres no water for the waterbenders to bend and no fire for the firebenders (they need fire to do that in the movie right?).

TLA gets crushed. Barren land but there is water next to it. They can bring fire with them as seen in the films.

Benders probably don't have anything that could take down the ghost army before they swarm and slaughter.

Ghost Army is fine. There were spirits in The Last Airbender as well.

How can a barren planet have any water on it? Also, LoTR wins imo.

Due to how weak the benders are in the film compared to the show, they'll probably get distracted fighting some orcs and get an arrow to the back of the head.
