Who would win in a battle to the death?

Luke takes this, by this point he was able to overpower his Father fairly easy. If Luke holds back, Savage has some...

...Holy shit, this is fairly one-sided, Darth Maul defeated Savage Opress in less then 10 seconds, Luke stomps, ESPECIALLY if he's pissed off. (I recognize Maul as powerful. Don't misunderstand me.)

Savage Opress wins. Luke wasn't really that impressive in RotJ, Vader was held back mentally and didn't display his full arsenal of Force abilities as he did in the TFU series, or in ESB.

Luke can't beat Maul either.

He can't beat any of the bad guys until he has passed RotJ. :P
Vader was just a bit slack on determination.
