The original rivalry from pre-crisis Legion between these two predates every other hero rivalry in DC or Marvel. Sometimes Mon-El was stated to be more powerful, sometimes Superboy was stated to be more powerful. So these two pre-crisis powerhouses go at it at full power, bloodlusted and no morals. Who wins?
