Well everyone already knows the OP's answer...
Tyranus and Mace might be more technically skilled than Anakin (of which I am unconvinced), but this could be argued. Obi-Wan is the least skilled duelist but the margin between him and his opponents is rather small. Physical attributes is one of the reasons why Team 2 wins. Anakin's high-tier speed feats puts him roughly equal to Tyranus in that aspect, and Tyranus is faster than Obi-Wan as seen in The Rise and Fall of Darth Vader. Mace is roughly equal to Obi-Wan in speed; so Anakin's and Tyranus' edge against Obi-Wan should also apply against Mace. Anakin is the physically strongest by quite a bit (and as a Djem So practitioner, his strength applies more to him in combat than it does for the other combatants). Mace is strong but not especially so. This should be a rather negligible advantage though. With that said, Anakin's Force reserves allows him to last longer than anyone should that be of need (probably not). Tyranus and Anakin should win a small majority, but the time it would take would depend on who Anakin fights (likely Obi-Wan, given their friendship and the history between Tyranus and Mace as peers). Anakin would beat Obi-Wan in a time consuming fight thanks to his more evident effeciency as a swordsman (not just with regards to raw skill, but he is also more impressive physically). Of course, Obi-Wan's Soresu and their knowledge of each other's styles (they have sparred for thousands of hours) would make it time consuming. Depending on the environment, he could possibly hold off Anakin long enough for Mace to gain an advantage over Tyranus, but this would only happen for a minority, not a majority. Speaking of Tyranus and Mace, Tyranus' skill feats are slightly more impressive than Mace's, but given their reputation as swordsmen on a similar level, placing them even as duelists would be fair. Tyranus' mastery and technique probably supersedes Mace's, but then, he might find it hard to gain an advantage as Mace is a very aggressive duelist. Either way, Tyranus' intention to fight Mace on Boz Pity but then fleeing suggests parity and that Tyranus himself was aware that any chance of victory might be time consuming (he also warned Grievous of Mace's swordsmanship; coupled with the fact that it was stated that Mace often sparred with other Jedi, it would be fair to say that they know of each others' skill).
Team 2 in a curbstomp. Really, this is not even close. Tyranus' and especially Anakin's telekinetic feats are better than Mace's and Obi-Wan's. If nothing else, neither Obi-Wan nor Mace has any feats with Absorption to suggest that they could handle Tyranus' lightning barehanded (Tyranus' lightning is quite potent as he killed multiple Kiffar warriors with a single burst), and Anakin would just outlast either of Obi-Wan or Mace (and really, they have absolutely no power that would overwhelm or surprise Tyranus or Anakin.
Tyranus and Anakin. Not only is their sheer power so much greater than Obi-Wan's or Mace's, their level of skill at least equals that of Team 1. If anything, their ability as duelist eclipse Team 1's on the account of their greater physical feats.
Tyranus and Anakin wins 8/10 or so.
