So this is just Ultraman vs DD, or Ultraman and the DOS JLA (minus Superman) vs. DD (as you mention U is taking S place from that fight)?

This is Ultraman by himself fighting Doomsday.

Hmmmm, then I guess Ill go with Doomsday to win, unless this is some kind of special Amped Ultraman.

Superman was holding back in dos and only went all out at the end after he had taken a huge beating. Ultraman will go all out at once and will win.

Eh, Superman was holding back in the very beginning, but once the rest of the League joined in and he knew DD was So Powerful, the gloves were clearly off.

Doomsday rapes him.

Ultraman stomps.
