Which team wins?

Spider-man is > everyone else on the field. His spider-sense will prevent sneak attacks. Captain America can def fight a predator, and his shield will be invaluable against Predators' plasma attacks. The Alien is a problem, because killing it is hard on it's own, but the acid blood means anyone in close proximity is ****ed.

I'd say the team wins with Hawkeye as a casualty.

OP doesn't specify location; if it's an open city, this is a stomp, but even if it's in the jungle, Spidey still solos this due to superior stats and spidey-sense.
