Before we begin and I make my list, I must note that I am not a comic book fan, and thus judge these films purely on their own merit. With that, let's begin:

1) Sin City
2) The Dark Knight
3) 300
4) The Avengers
5) Watchmen

Scrap the Rises bit on my list.

Dr Will Hatch
TDKR would be on my Top 10.

DARTH POWER
Cant decide on an order but these are my top 5:

X-Men: First Class
Avengers
The Dark Knight
Batman Begins
Superman 2

Was difficult deciding between Superman 2 and Iron Man for which one makes it to the top 5 and which one is no.6.

I forgot Akira was a comic book film.

My new ranking:

1. Akira
2. Sin City
3. The Dark Knight
4. 300
5. The Avengers

Estacado
Spawn (as a kid sometimes I watched 2 times a day saw it like 70 times at least)
Avengers
Man Of Steel
Iron Man
Dark Knight

Arachnid1
Spiderman 2
The Dark Knight
Avengers
Kick-Ass
Watchmen

Spiderman 2 is for sure my top spot. The others can fight over 2-5. I also want to throw Constantine in there somewhere.

Why's that? Rises was awesome. It's a great end to a great trilogy. It has it's problems but that's one of the things that's so great about it. If I look back on my list I suppose I would just add Watchmen to my list as an interchangeable number one. I loved the movie adaptation. I thought it nailed the spirit of the pages, just like rest of the movies I mentioned. Most all of the movies listed here are really good at that. I guess it's what it means to you, right?

I prefer The Dark Knight more and it's got nothing to do with Heath Ledger dying .

Oh, right on. Yeah, he was certainly a world class actor.

3. Spider-man 2
4. Iron Man 3
5. X-Men

Darth Martin
