I was thinking that Tony had the advantage over either since he has flight, is faster, has external defenses, and has ranged attacks.

Fight is in indestructible dome the size of a football stadium.
Characters are fully healed and restored after each fight.

Iron-Man vs.
1. Thing
2. Colossus
3. Colossus and Thing

If written correctly; The multitude of ranged attacks and his flight "should" give Iron Man 10/10 in all 3. If he allows himself to have hands put on him he is 50/50 at best against Ben to win and 60/40 against Pete to win. And he goes down 8/10 in the team fight.

If Tony doesn't get cocky(doesn't get into a hand to hand fight ) he can easily win.
