By freezing him in a block of ice.
By having Beast fight him (who switches off his higher functions, becoming just an animal) until the others can join in.
By having Wolverine fight him (TP blockers in his head)
BFR by Storm using her winds
Emma Frost stalemating him (unless we are using current depowered?)

Grodd's telepathy can be counteracted by Emma for the most part.

It doesn't help that Cold, one of their heavier hitters, is pretty much made redundant by Iceman. X-Men can take it imo, but they will lose some people along the way.

Both classic form

Grodd is no slouch, he got into Swamp Thing's head once.
However, it took him time to prepare for that and Emma has him out-feated by a wide margin when it comes to dueling other psionics.

Once Grodd is down, a psi-sweep through the field will down pretty much everyone else on the Injustice League.
