Eros imo he is an eternal has been around for 100s of years has the ability to fly around 750mph has some telepathic abilities too.

Grodd not only has tp but tk and the speed force. Hed win a strong majority.

depends if starfox's emotional control would be able to bypass grodd's tp. not sure fox has any tp feats to save him here, though mentor may have taught him some. his own emotional abilities might also help him. grodd would be able to beat him h2h though imo. probably grodd for a majority, but fox wouldn't make it easy.
