Can Captain America's throwing arm handle Sandman?

Steve's aura of awesomeness turns Sandy into a normal human (again) and he knocks him out.

I think a couple good ricochets and the Sandman is going to crumble.

I agree with Stilt. Even though we both know there's no way Cap should win. Especially in a forum fight.

Cap beats him with water.
