Aquaman from smallville vs Cap. Who wins?

Are you serious? Did you watch Smallville? He wasn't Clark, but he was a lot damn stronger than Cap. Underwater he fought with Clark pretty evenly, and has bent steel without much trouble.

I didn't think he was that strong TBH. Its outside water BTW. Skull dented steel with a punch.

I'm curious. Arthur is a pretty strong hydro-kinetic and around the same strength as Cap.
