Steve unfortunately loses. These guys have a very long time of traveling and working together. They know strengths/weaknesses,etc... And Legolas sniping him while Aragorn and Gimli gets up close kills him. It'd be even worse if Legolas gets in close.

Yeah. Doesn't matter how strong or fast Cap is. An arrow to the head is still going to kill him. If Legolas wasn't there then Cap definitely has a chance at winning.

As far as agiility & reflexes Legolis is a rival for cap and grabing arunning horse with one arm like he did I wwould assume in strength as well.
