Who would do better?

Depends. Do what better?
Classic DS seemed more competent than classic GG. But these days DS is still a merc (correct me if I'm wrong) while GG operates on a whole different level. He basically runs New York and heroes have no clue.

I am not up to par on these GG and DS I just though it would be a good thread better at integrating to the other characters in the other company.
