I was going to say Shang 10/10 if it's NU. Closer, if it's reboot.

"Fist to feet"? Shang gets a broken fist via batkick.

Bats did go up against Pre-Reboot Val, so it's possible, but it won't be THAT easy.

bats, but it's close. without chi, i don't see shang being able to do something batman can't. i CAN imagine some batman feats an unamped shang could not accomplish however.
