The DC team should take this. Cass is a good match for DD and Batman is more than a match for Echo. Things like smoke grenades will make it a lot harder for her to compete.

Due in part to her focus on vision, she can copy movements via looking at them, somewhat akin to Taskmaster (hence, 'Echo,' she can Echo her foe's style).
