At their level during the Impel Down arc. Magellan never actually lost to anyone he faced on panel, and it was never explained how he got beaten within an inch of his life by the end of the Whitebeard War. (At least in the manga. I haven't seen the anime version.)

Not a gauntlet, these are all one on one battles:

We'll only go with characters that have ranged attacks, so Sanji, Chopper, and Robin are out.

That leaves:

Nami.

Franky.

Usopp (Decked out with every bit of gear he's ever used up to that point in the story.)

Zoro.

Brooke. (Can he lullaby him to sleep?)

None of them can take him one-on-one.

Not even Zoro spams his 36 lb canon? It got pretty powerful once he upgraded his swords just before the Thriller Bark.

Franky's Coup de Vent's pretty powerful too, if he overcharges like he did against that pacifista.

They really don't have an answer to the Kinjite poison why can even affect inanimate object.

It's basically like acid.

Maybe it can stop Zoro's shockwaves, too... But lets say it hit him without the kinjite protection. Is he durable enough to tank Zoro's best attacks?

Who has more offensive power? Luffy or Zoro? Because, Luffy did have an effect with his attacks.. He simply couldn't finish him off..

But the thing is, I think Zoro actually has more raw offensive power then Luffy does. But his damage soak and speed (As of that point in the series) is nowhere near close to him, which is why Luffy ends up taking on the bosses..
