Depends on whether Apollo's sun beams can be considered comparable or better than standard Red Lantern Puke. Based on who tanked it but took damage I have no idea. First also survived a boom tube atomizing so he's just a soak in general.

Assuming the puke doesn't decide things, Atrocitus still has a flight advantage. If First can ever get a sustained beating on the dude he should own him worse than guy did.
