4. chaos king at height of his power
5. maelestrom as anomaly+q-bands

how far does the marquis get? how much does he struggle, or how close can he make the battles?

Gets through the first 3 w/o too much of an issue. He should be able to BFR CK to another dimension. Not sure about Maelstrom /w/ Anomaly, though--he was very hard to gauge. PR Owen spite-stomps him, obviously.

The master of time and space ought to be able to BFR CK.

He was toying with abstracts (Eternity) who are supposed to be at least CK's equal.

Somewhere between 4-6, inclined to believe 6. But really depends on how much you put into each showing for the respective characters at 4 and 5.
