Doom with his magical upgrades from Waid arc vs Classic Loki. Who wins ?

Loki is the better Mage, but Doom is the better prep artist. If it's a prep fight Doom gets my vote by a landslide (he stole the Beyonder's powers after all). If it's one of those sudden death battles Loki get's my vote by a slight margin.

With Prep : Doom stomps

Straight up fight : Loki stomps

Loki, but it will be so close that at any given time if they fought again Doom could or would win. At least that's what I think.

Doom. even without the upgrades IMO.
