Both are in their prime. (Weight-lifting Prime, that is.)

Bruno has been cited to be able to bench-press 600lbs.

Arnold has been cited to bench-press 525lbs.

But there are more then just biceps to arm-wrestling, triceps and shoulders play a part as well.

Who would win?

Bench press isn't largely bicep dependent. I have no real opinion on this thread.

Maybe, but Bruno was in a strongman competition with Paul ****ING Anderson, a man who back-lifted 6,270lbs. (The most weight ever lifted in HISTORY)

Also, in his prime:
