also didn't stop her reverting the CW's affects on creation's space-time-matter, (omniversal restructuring)
we also have her nullifying the mutant gene from 99% of mutants in nearly all Timelines. (trans-reality detailed targeting)

But honestly, mostly those who says Lucifer wins (not saying HoM Wanda wins for sure), is not because Lucifer has shown to be more powerful or shown greater power level than HoM Wanda (because he hasn't), but just because he is Lucifer and his reputation.
