Peak Trigon should definitely win. At its peak, The Dragon was seemingly above Odin in power, but honestly all of its appearances, are quite disappointing. They're filled with low showings (i recall 4 or so low showings from separate stories). Even growing stronger and stronger in War of Kings , The Dragon got owned by a quantum sword....

Peak Trigon, was about to destroy/absrob the mainstream universe, after he absorbed all the souls from his own dimension.

Hmm....the Void Hound from Trinity (the one shown in your scan) is quite powerful, it can destroy star systems. Before Trinity it appeared in JLA. In JLA #111, we learn that it can destroy 10 solar systems:

However, in Defenders v1 #144 The Dragon proved to be above a Valkyrie amped by Odin:

That showing tells us that it's above Void Hound.

However, as i said before, if we look at the entire history, we get a different picture.

In Defenders v1 #152, we learn that King Arthur along with Interloper and some others, managed to defeat the Dragon:

In War of Kings, a quantum sword destroyed the Dragon (despite the fact that it was growing stronger):

There are more that i can post but ill stop here, so that you could see that it's fully possible for someone below Odin's caliber to defeat the Dragon.

So i can see the Void Hound winning against the Dragon, only if it isn't on the level when it confronted Valkyrie amped by Odin.
