Every time I've seen Gorgon, he's had a stabbing weapon. Far as I know, Gorgon doesn't have anything like Mantis's exotic pressure point tricks, nor can he chi amp like Danny or even Shang. Pure h2h is kind of a handicap against someone who can take Iron Man shots.

That keeps him in the fight, but how could he win?

Thorwing punches probably won't do more then give Mandarin an opportunity to start breaking limbs.

Speed (v. good), class 2 strength (good enough with his speed), healing factor, durability. Skill suggested to be superior to that of Wolverine.

Mandarin has a great striking power, but he lacks the showings against skilled opponents. Pre-Extremis Tony w/o armor actually got some licks in

Either could win depending on writer's mood of course, they're both elite fighters, but I'm leaning towards Gorgon.
