All out war Nick Fury wants Batman gone from the scene for good he is willing to stop him, or kill him at any cost and Batman wants to survive at any cost. No Superhero help no extremely weapons strategy, warfare, & determination.

Nick Fury. He has black ops, paramilitary, and governmental resources. He could freeze all of Wayne Enterprises and Bruce Wayne's assets and have his picture on every international wanted list, television, computer monitor, tablet and cellphone on the planet as a dangerous wanted fugitive with a phone call and then have global law enforcement and bounty hunters on his side as well.

No other superheroes allowed? Fury all day.
