A fight over who gets to be the banker in Monopoly between Mr. Mxyzptlk and pre-retcon Beyonder results in the DC and Marvel universes needing to be rebooted. There was a mix-up, however, and Bruce Wayne is now the host for the Galactus entity, while former Galactus host Galan ends up in Wayne Manor inheriting everything that once belonged to Bruce. The heralds of Galactus are not aware of the new change in ownership, and neither is anyone in Gotham.

So galactus is in batmans body and batmen is in galactus's body right?

Galactus starves to death in the batcave because he doesn't realize he has to eat regular food now, and anyway he can't figure out how to drive the batmobile to go get takeout.

Batman heads back to earth with his heralds and wipes out all crime in Gotham in a few hours. Then he beats up Superman just for a laugh.

Galan was a scientist in one of the most advanced alien races before the universe predating the 616 collapsed.

Batman will handle himself for a while, but then again I have no idea how Batman will handle having to destroy a entire planet to eat.
