Survive and Evade The Joker

Placidity
You are a VIP kidnapped by the Joker and kept in a inescapable warehouse. You've managed to get away momentary from Joker (Nicholson) and his goons.

The warehouse is dark and filled with old crates and boxes. Keeping silent you try to carefully navigate and hope to find a way out when you accidentally kick open a small box sending a shattering echo throughout the building. The goons immediately start shouting and you can hear them converging on your position. You know you are done for, but you notice an eerie glow coming from what fell out of the box you kicked over. It's a magical genie. You cannot believe your luck. But apparently it's an only an apprentice genie - but it's still better than nothing. You make a wish to escape, and he offers you some of the following abilities before he vanishes in thin air:


- You must survive in the warehouse for 35 minutes. Batman has a locator beacon on you and is on his way.

- The warehouse is roughly 200m x 100m separated by walls and boxes.

- Visibility is poor yet not pitch black.

- The goons are armed with hand guns and have been ordered to kill you before Batman man arrives.

- There are 30 goons. Skill level of your average cop.

- Goons have torches.

- The Joker himself has night vision goggles.

- You may not take further equipment or weapons.

- Goons aren't initially aware of your abilities/equipment.

- You cannot hide inside a box/crate.









Scenario I: Pick 1 Ability/Equipment

Scenario II: Bane and 3 LoS members join in the hunt. Pick 2 Abilities/Equipment - can pick same ability twice - will get double.


Do you think you would survive in real life?


Choices:


1. Riddick's night vision - No goggles.


2. Nightcrawler's Teleport 1:

- You may teleport 6 times. You must be able to see where you are teleporting.

3. Nightcrawler's Teleport 2:

- You may teleport 4 times. You must be able to see where you are teleporting.

- You will leave 3 times the amount of smoke in your wake.


4. Nightcrawler's Teleport 3:

- You may teleport 3 times. You must be able to see where you are teleporting.

- You will leave sleeping gas in your wake. Goons who breathe it in will be unconscious for 15 minutes.

- Joker is immune to the gas.


5. Jumper's Teleport:

- Can teleport to any where in the warehouse you have seen.

- Must be on the ground.

- Teleport 3 times.


5. Agent's Smith's Bullet Time:

- You will be able to activate bullet-dodging speed.

- This will last a total of 3 minutes in real time.

- You may use it as many times as you want (until you run out).


6. Agent Smith's Bullet Time 2:

- This will last a total of 10 minutes in real time.

- Must all be used in one go.


7. Agent Smith's Cloning Ability

- You can replicate yourself by making physical contact with a goon.

- When you touch a goon, he will become immobile and unable to call for help.

- However the whole process will take 20 seconds to complete.

- Your clone will then act as a decoy. Cannot use weapons.

- If your clone dies, you will sense it, then you can make another clone. Only one replica can exist at any time.

- The clone will have a mind of his own. He knows his mission is to keep you safe by distracting the goons. His intelligence is that of the original goon.


8. Jedi Mind Trick:

- Can make goons believe that you are not there just by telling them. They may even tell others that they have searched this area and you aren't here.

- Will work on 3 goons maximum in one go. That is if there are 5 goons facing you, 2 will remain unaffected by the mind trick.

- You can use this 3 times.


9. The One Ring:

- Will render you invisible to all goons when you put it on.

- However, the Joker will be alerted to your location when you put it on.

- Joker's awareness of your position is delayed by 20 seconds.


10. Predator's Invisibility Cloak:

- Lasts 5 minutes total.

- Not entirely invisible.


11. Batman's Echolocation Vision


- Lasts 5 minutes total.



12. Horcrux

Upon death, you will revive instantly in another location in the warehouse. The position you revive at will initially be free of goons.

- You can revive 2 times.

- When you revive, goons will be alerted of this (that you're alive, not your position).

- Your corpse will vanish.


13. Wall crawling.

- Spiderman's wallcrawling abilities.

- Does not come with enhanced stats. You can move as fast as you can crawl in real life.

- Maximum height limit: 10 meters.

- Lasts 20 minutes.


14. Vampire Superspeed

- You get the speed of Van Helsing's Dracula/Brides (peak showings).

- Lasts 3 minutes.



15. Ninja Assassin Training

- You can move almost silently. This includes even when you are running.



16. Mystique's Shapeshifting

- Can shift into anyone.

- Could shift into Joker and give orders.

- Can shift twice. Each time maximum 25 seconds.


17. Shadow Cat's Phasing.

- Total phasing time: 60 seconds.

- Cannot use offensively.

- Cannot escape warehouse.


18. Marines M41A Motion Sensor.

- Weightless, compact version.

- No audible beep.


19. Batman's Early Arrival.

- Batman will arrive in 10 minutes instead of 35.

- Also one bat-smoke grenade.


20. Man of Steel's Invulnerability

- Last total 2 minutes.


21. Battle of the Jokers

- Heath Ledger's Joker returns from the grave and dukes it out with Nicholson Joker. Heath only has a crowbar (Nicholson has everything, even gun).

- Heath will randomly appear. If he spots you, he will kill you too.

- The Jokers will have to find each other first.

- Whoever wins, will become THE Joker, and will resume hunting you.

- Goons will not intervene.


22. Scarecrow Fear Gas

You have 3 fear gas smoke canisters. Each canister will give off gas for 2 minutes.

Effects will last 5 minutes for anyone who breathes it in.

- You are immune.

- Joker is immune.


23. Wanna know how I got these scars?

You can induce the Joker to go to goons and tell them a story about how he got his scars.

This will work on the Joker himself too even if he spotted you. He will forget what he was doing momentarily, so will the goons listening to the story. You can decide which goons too (maybe one that just spotted you).

Joker will tell up to 5 stories. Each story lasts 60 seconds.

- Each story telling a maximum group of 3 goons.

DrDeadpool
I will use Agent Smith's Cloning Ability for scenario one.

And for scenario 2 i will use Ninja Assassin Training and Jedi mind trick.

Bentley
Ninja training and the One Ring are the better ones for the solo feature. I'd use the ring to corner a goon, knock him out, make him wear the ring and ambush the Joker.

For the second I'd lure the Joker again with the Ring but I'd use bullet time or Night Crawler teleporting to dispatch him easily.

Not bad, not bad. Maybe too clever.

Balance patch released:



- Ring now lasts only 5 minutes total.

- Ninja Assassin Training lasts 15 minutes total.

COG Veteran
Scenario 1: I'll use batmans early arrival.
Scenario 2:Batmans early arrival and ninja assassination training. Plenty of time to stay in places they wouldn't think to look.

First scenario: Shadow cat, phase into a sealed container and wait for batman (the chicken approach I know)

Second scenario: Batmans early arrival and the Spider climbing should be enough.

Here's a good combo, but more for the brave.

- Man of Steel Invulnerability and NC's Teleport 3 (Sleeping Gas).

Make a lot of noise and lure everyone to the same place, activate invulnerability and teleport in next to them. Then it's good night.

Although that doesn't take care of Joker, but still 2 teleports left.
