Ultimate Cap also easily took down Hank Pym at full size.

I wouldn't call Hulk losing so much bad for him as just one of those Cap/Batman moments that don't really make sense except they happen all the damn time.

dcNu everyone of them has super speed,strength and durability other than batman and considerably more intelligent to boot.

That's complete rubbish.

Ironman had Ult Hulk hurting and puking his lungs out. Then he was distracted by Wasp. As then Cap did a tank drop on him.
Then ult Cap knocked him down not out. As once Ult Hulk got a hold of him Ult Cap could not do anything. As even Ult Thor attacks didn't phase him despite breaking his bones.

Ultimate Cap is closer to US Agent than 616Rogers.
