I guess anyone that can phase? Shadowcat, Redghost, Ghost, etc... Or anyone that can teleport out of the way of her blades and tag her? Like Nightcrawler, Solo, etc..

I think a normal vampire (with an intellgent mind at the controls) beats her; sneaks on her via stealth + mist form, then bites her neck...game over.
