I'll have to give this one some thought. Grievous has more feats and showings, however Krell is probably more impressive than has been demonstrated. He's strong enough in the force to foresee the rise of the Empire. He's skilled enough to manage dual wielding double bladed lightsabers with ease, as well as the fact that his demonstrated abilities suggest he could survive order 66, something which took out around 99% of the Jedi Order.

Yeah based on what has been shown of Krell is enough to say he could be better. Except how he was killed by a flipping stormtrooper.

Grievous was defeated by Gungans. Everyone has their low showings.

When binded, he was captured only by the clones using the native fauna to their advantage, before that the 212th and the 501st were getting their shit pushed in.

The point I was making was that neither of these defeats id a good reason to say the other would win.
