So they're both fighting naked then. Cool.

On paper Dom should win, but in a comic book Widow would win. She's the only female Avenger in the movie universe after all. Expect her to be everywhere and beat everyone.

Domino wins

In a practical sense, they're the same chick but one has the power to get lucky. Domino should win, but Black Widow actually exists in the Marvel Movieverse, so she might take it.

Domino probably has an edge in standard equipment too.
