Plo Koon takes this barring something ridiculous like Plo's mask being ripped off. Plo and Ventress both lost to Savage, and their one fight had Plo putting Ventress on the ropes with a disadvantage. So I'm going with him.

A chump? Plo disarmed one of her lightsabers, but she was winning the fight after that.
