Depends what resources they bring to the table.

Franklin, Thor, Hulk, Hyperion, Blue Marvel, Legion, Hercules, Iron Man, Ms. Marvel, Namor, Juggernaut, Skaar, Emma Frost, Captain Britain, Nova, Human Torch, Reed Richards, Dr, Doom, Dr. Strange, Hank Pym... etc... No they can't. They would all die.

There would be a lot of damage, but when the smoke clears, the Anihilators would be laying face down in the rubble.
