Spidey wins. I have a feeling this may be closed though because there is already a Wolvy vs Spidey thread with like hundreds of pages and thousands of responses.

This fight would go two different ways depending on the battlefield. Out in the open Spiderman has all of the advantages, and it would be his fight to lose. In a closed off area like a warehouse, Wolverine would have the advantage, and it would be his fight to lose.

Spiderman just doesn't have the power or speed to put Wolverine down for the count in an up close fight. Not when Wolverine can take haymakers from the Hulk that sends him to another state, only to get up and say round two. Wolverine does not have the ability to keep pace in an arena that allows Spiderman to swing around, and pick his targets.
