Rintaro Tachibana is from a relatively new martial arts manga called Dragons Rioting. ridiculous amounts of fanservice aside, it's actually pretty coo.
that aside, here's how it goes:
scenario 1: Rintaro fights everyone gauntlet-style, from weakest to strongest of the HSDK characters allowed in this thread (that being the experts). he gets five minute breaks in between to rest up.
scenario 2: Rintaro fights them all at the same time.
Rintaro feats:
strength: capable of picking up a boulder (http://www.mangahere.com/manga/dragons_rioting/c001/41.html, bottom panel on the left).
striking this crack in the ground (http://www.mangahere.com/manga/dragons_rioting/c009/15.html) hard enough to result in this: http://www.mangahere.com/manga/dragons_rioting/c009/20.html
the building to the right of that one also falls too.
speed: nothing too major that I can recall, save for dodging a lightning strike at the last possible second: http://www.mangahere.com/manga/dragons_rioting/c013/26.html

durability: honestly, he's only really gotten hit once, but he withstood a punch that caused this kind of shockwave (bottom left: http://www.mangahere.com/manga/dragons_rioting/c014/16.html) with only a bit of blood to the mouth and he sat up right afterwards seemingly not in pain.
there's plenty of other feats too so far, but these are his most notable ones to me. it should be noted, however, that he has a unique disease (Hentai Syndrome) that will cause him to die if sexually aroused, so he constantly spends a lot of time doing his best to avoid girls or at least lessen the fanservice in some way, so this could work against him.
if too much of a stomp, I'll add in some HSDK masters.
