This Thread is primarily for action figure discussion (Marvel Legends, Select, Universe or Dc Direct/Universe)

I apologize if this is the wrong section, but this seemed like a good a place as any for this.

I've only got some of the hasbro's marvel universe line for this kind of stuff.

I've recently started getting into it pretty hardcore, especially marvel Legends. I really appreciate that both DC direct & ML are both 6" figures, now if only Dc can get better... Well all around. They have 2 molds for 75% of their figures, a generic male and generic female. There is no reason Captain Cold & Superman should be the same size.

Marvel Legends has stepped its game up and the next two waves look sick. We have the Gotg movie wave with Starlord, Gamora, Rocket & Drax along with Godkiller Ironman & Nova prime. They come with the pieces to Form an amazing looking Groot. At some point we also have a wave of odd ball characters with Songbird,Agent Venom, Radioactive man, Blizzard, current Thor, Batroc the Leaper, & Tigershark with a Build a figure Jubilee.

Marvel Select is still the gold standard in affordable collectables though imho, just got the new Surfer and I absolutely love it and while they scaled it to 7" it still fits my displays most of the time.

I have all Blackest Night action figures plus GL series 4 & 5 and some from earlier series. Killowog being my favorite. I collect a other figures like Star Wars Black series, started collecting Marvel universe 3.75 which I love and Marvel Legends which I like some(ball joints turn me off). Other than that I collect statues.

Lol I have The same full set of rings Digi posted. I have the Blackest Night Orange Lantern, Red Lantern, Indigo Lantern, and Blue Lantern figures. And a lot of things Flash. I collect most things I see that are Flash. I have two Flash mugs..one for using one for display, A Statue, Shot glass, posters, and The DC Universe figure. I can't think of the rest off the top of my head but usually if its Flash related in anyway I will buy it regardless of its "collect ability"

I have a ton of figures from the Spider-Man TAS. Since I got them as a child they are all open lol

I also have started collecting novelty replica swords. I have The Rebellion and Yammoto (Devil May Cry) and The He-Man sword. Those are at my parents house atm.

Idk I guess I just never caught the Lego fever, a lot of my friends have large Lego collections. One has the Lego Yoda and the other has the star destroyer.

I had Lego when I was young, but as I got older I lost interest. It was only when I saw that they were bringing out superhero lines that I really got interested again, but I'm mostly done for now (unless they bring out a 90s X-Men set to compliment the earlier blackbird one).

I have the whole Justice League and my snowspeeder, so I'm happy.

Hawkeye is really the only figure in that line that really stands out to me, but I look forward to seeing your review.

Yeah it looks pretty good, and it's heavy packed (2 per case) so that will help people who can't get/afford the classic one. I'm most excited for the new Iron Fist & Odin himself. Also appreciate the views on the channel

I think they should have kept Sentry scale or made him half a head higher but made his body structure like your Hyperion figure.

Oh, really? Is it the Eddie Brock version? That's the only one he likes, sadly.

I've seen the Diamond Select one, but he doesn't like the look of that one. I told him the three heads were removable, but he still won't go for it.

It's based off the short period Superior Spider-Man was merged with Venom.

I used to buy the shit out of them when I was younger. Now they just sit in a bin breaking. I take them out for my nephews when they come over.
I might take a picture of them someday and post them here. The last thing I bought was that Hasbro light up Galactus like 3 or so years ago because Galactus. Before that, I ordered SS just because and before that I don't know, when Blob came out?

What type of Silver Surfer was it Bran?

Was it like a regular figure size?

Everything I had was Marvel Legends sized. It was the Surfer from the F4 Hasbro wave.

Although I didn't get every figure I wanted, I did get my top three. Surfer, Thanos and Galactus (both of them). If I wanted I guess I could get them all now but no.

BBTS got the Thanos BAF wave in, I'll do a review once they ship them out.

Picked up the Agents of Shield figures box set.

I'll know out the reviews tomorrow and hopefully post them this week, Thanos wave should get here Tuesday and I'll record Thursday so hopefully both will be up by next weekend.

Comic accurate Gotg box set of Marvel Legends is up for order. Entertainment Earth exclusive. Gamora comes wrapped in a cloth parka so I'm assuming the figure was deemed too "sexy" for the toy line.

Does anyone know a good place to pick up Marvel Legends figures? I want to help my brother get the pieces for the Juggernaut BAF from the recent X-Men series, but I can't seem to find any stores with the Wolverine figure in stock. He has the head of Juggy, so he's kind of important.

On ebay, it's either charging ridiculous prices, or wanting me to buy it loose (wtf) or without the BAF piece.

I don't mind shipping from America to here in Ireland, I just don't want to have to pay ridiculously inflated prices.
