Keep in mind this is Ra's as shown in Son of Batman. He was casually deflecting automatic weapon bullets with his sword in the movie...

first, i love ra's. probably my fave bats villain. but....steve has reacted to laser fire on multiple occasions. i think ra's would make a fight of it, but can't see him taking steve down, even with the 2 swords. steve is still superior in every way, and we know that despite ra's skill he is below bats. cap>bats, so by extension he is >ra's. be surprised if you find any seriously dissenting opinions.

Cap being greater than Bruce is debatable but you are right he does beat ras for the maj

Idk maybe, its been a while since I watched that movie.

The JL/JLu/Batman Beyond shows pronounced it like that. Except Terry who called him Raz until Talia corrected him.
